need advice on how to check someone else's document whether it's legal

Sir i was making boundary on a plot whose owner gave me permission to make it & then the person whose house was behind my plot had came &threatened me not to build the boundary by using a notary of 100 rupees.i doubt that the notary he is using is a fake one.The signature of the owner of plot also looks fake on his notary. Does he has the right to stop me from building the boundary? And how can i prove that his notary is fake?
You will have to apply for demarcation of property in the office of tehsildar of your Taluk,
Go to the Tehsildar office in your area.
Apply by affixing a Court-fee stamp of denomination of 75 paisa on your application.
Submit your application along with all the required documents.
Required Documents
Recent copy of Form F and Map.
Fees
For house site Rs.10/-.
Agricultural land up to 2 hectare Rs.25/-.
Agricultural land between 2 hectares to 4 hectares Rs.50/-
Go to the Tehsildar office in your area.

If you are making boundary on the plot for which you are authorized then no one has the right to stop you and however no one can come and stop you if some one is having any grievance he may approach the authorities and lodge a complaint.
