need a clarification in BBA document

24-Feb-2025 (In Property Law)
HI Team, I recently purchased a flat in March 2024, and the construction has now been completed. The builder is now requesting farmer compensation from me. My understanding is that the local authority required farmer compensation back in 2019, and since we purchased the flat in 2024, the rates have increased. I am unsure if I am still obligated to pay the farmer compensation to the builder. While my Buyer's Agreement states that we must pay farmer compensation if demanded Best Regards, Rak

farmer compensation is under land acquisition act you must see what constitute a fair compensation then the matter will go to court the rates have increased ot is for the court to decide that too I don't think buying a flat under the land acquisition act
