nani & mama dont want to give share in property to mummy and masi.

question - my mother and my masi ( mummy sister) wants share in nana's ( mummy father ) property.both can get share in property ? yes than how ? no than why ?
* nana had not made any wheel power.
* nana's two properties are in village 1) farm and 2) shop shopping center..in 7/12 and in pedhy nama my mother and masis name is there.
family of nana- 1) nana is not live - dead before 2 years. 2) nani 3) mummy 4) two masis 5) two mamas....total 6 members.
requirement - mummy and masi wants there share in property they want to encash..prepare another individual 7/12 of there share part in property.
IMP - nani and mama dont want to give share in property to mummy and masi.
please guide me what to do ?
If your maternal uncle don't want to give part of your mother and mashi, then sister can file suit for partition against their brother and brother.
If brother hide his sister name in pedhinama then they will prosecuted for non mention legal heirs.
If brother hide his sister name in pedhinama then they will prosecuted for non mention legal heirs.
