Name mentioned on index2 in marathi not as per AAdhar

Hi Sir while checkig and signing of property agreemen documents . I have made one mistake that name in Marathi in agreement and index2 is not mentioned as per AAdhar card but it is mentioned as per Marksheet.Before signing the document it was as per AAdhar card but i have change and said that i use this name and it is as per my marksheet but i have not seen the aadhar while making the change .When i reached at home and seen my aadhar card then i realise that i have made mistack. in English it is as per AAdhar,PAN card,driving license,Marksheet etc but in index2 there are name is not mentioned in english .It is mentioned in marathi only. so i want to know that it is require correction or not.I have disscussed builder lawyer but he said that it is not require because your namr in english is correct. please let me know whether we should go for correction deed or it is not require .If we have to make correction then what will be charge and how much time will take for this change.
