Name deleted from patwari records as owner of property

Sir jai hind My name is not updated while computersition of land record where as per old report says name is mentioned asked to patwari and he suggested to file a case for settelment . Neither i transfered nor i sold to anyone why my name was deleted patwari says apka name ud gya galti se. What i should do now please guide me
First u go to the tehsildar... If tehsildar will nt take any action..... Then u may file a suit in sdm court for the record durasti.... But please mention all things which patwari has did in ur record I mean u have to mention patwari falt in ur suit.

First you obtained jamabandi (land record) from office beginning from year 1954.chalk out in which year your name was deleted.if you found that it was deleted by mistake than file an application for correction in entries of revenue records.if your name is deleted by order of revenue authority in that case you have to file case otherwise no need to file any suit.

Hello ,As per your query , Move an application before the settlement commissioner to add the name of petitioner and rectify the record because petitioner name was deleted due to computer staff negligence. After that settlement commissioner put the main manual record.
