My uncles are not allowing me to make house in my property

My grand father has 3 sons all have got their property papers ,but before 10 years during chakabandi all property went to the name of my grandfather .I want to make a house in my property that was in my part in the paper but my uncle is not agree with it and he threatened me . They are not allowing me to make house .
