My Selfearning Plot has been shared with my Brother, who is a Tamilnadu Government Employee.Now I like to get back.Is there any posibility?? Because documents are like Individual purchase from the Property Owner.He hasn't Accounted this purchase in His Government Property Purchase Act 7(9).Now I am applyig RTI petetions fot getting His property List.Mean while he sent a Threatening mail to my Wife's Work Place , She is a employee @ a Private School. Can I go for a Police Complaint? Pl Advice
