My property sold without my knowledge by Power of Attorney

I issued Power of Attorney to person to whome I owe a debt of 30L. We signed an agreement to revoke te PoA and return my property documents when I repay him in full settlement. When I went to repay him i came to know that he has sold my property to his dad for 1.9 cr just after 3 days of Pos issuance which is a clear sign of abuse of power. What should be my course of action to get my property back in my title?
