My neighbour wall has fallen on my house wall

My neighbor's boundary wall has fallen on the wall of my house, so my house can also be damaged. I asked my neighbor to repair the wall but he is not doing it. Now what should I do.
Dear sir
You need to immediately file a civil suit in the court of your concerned jurisdiction for him to do the required repair immediately. Simultaneously, you can get an FIR lodged against him if you are careful with the provisions you are choosing to impose against him for the offences committed by him in this act done by him.
