My Mother Want To Cancel Gift Deed

My father built house in 1500 sqft . He than registered house in my mothers name. My father died few years back. Now my mother executed gift deed of house in my younger brothers name. This house is not ancestors. Gift deed was executed in registrar office. Now my mother wants to cancel gift deed but my younger brother is not ready to sign in no objection certificate. Can still my mother can cancel gift deed thru registrar office. Witness in gift deed were all outside people.

Dear queriest, if your mother wants to cancel the gift deed than she needs to take Noc of your brother first for more information in detail kindly contact me. Please see if your brother can give NOC SO that she can cancel, since it is already excuted.

Sir / madam any gift deed once registered cab be revoked at the behest of the donor . So say your brother is unwilling to give the property as has devolved upon him through the gift deed then you may have to enter into an agreement with the donor and he has to mutually consent for the revocation of the gift deed
