My Matter Of Property Pending In Teshazari Court Can I Handle My Case

My two suit pending in teshazari court one is civil other is criminal I want to handle my case my self its a property suit what I do for this
Take permission from the court and then apply for the same. Take permission from the court on next date of hearing. You have the full right to argue for your case by yourself. This right is given under section 32 of Advocates act, you can go through that once by yourself and if u don’t understand you can ask me about the same.

I would recommend that you should not handle your case yourself ..there are lots of legalities to follow. Plz don’t become doctor for your own operation else I will put hammer on your own feet. Let the expert to their jobs …! Thanks n b in touch
