My Forged signature done on sale deed withdrawal letter in sub registr

29-Nov-2024 (In Property Law)
The seller sold the same property to two different buyers, submitting two sale deeds to the Sub-Registrar delhi office at same day and same time. The Sub-Registrar registered the sale deed of Buyer 1, while the sale deed of Buyer 2 was withdrawn using a forged withdrawal letter with a fake signature of Buyer 2. Sub registrar told that buyer no 2 withdrawn the sale deed but it was not correct. Now police is not registering fir and what is the IPC section valid in this case???

Sir, you need to approach an advocate of your choosing who could file a petition under Sec. 175 BNSS, which would enable the Hon'ble Court to direct the SHO concerned to lodge your FIR. Simultaneously you would be required to file an application under section 223 BNSS as well.
