My father sale my legacy property without my mother permission

My father live family since 7 year he is a Ex army officials also he is a alcoholic very badly i have five sister along with me a brother. my family food & all needs fulfill by me as i got education to some children i am 22 year old student of class B.com, i am struggling to marry my sisters to much , now my one native property with mango trees one of my villagers claiming my father registerd the said property to him. now this is very painful for us how can they do the same. as my father is deeply alcoholic. pls advice me what should i have to do as we are very poor.................

In case the property is a self acquired property of your father then he has a complete right over the property and you cannot claim for share in the property. If it is an ancestral property then you have right of share over the property and you can claim for your share.
