My father owned house on his name

My father owned house on his name . But due to some financial situation around 7-8 years ago he gave owned house to his cousin brother for 1lakh for some years but now that cousin is showing that it is sold to him because now that house price must be25-30 lacs and it's in my father name but this person is not giving back our own house so what is legal solution so that we get our house back

You need to file a suit against your uncle in order to get back the possession of the house. Also, you must do that at the earliest. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

you need to file a suit for eviction. in case your father has any rental agreement then he can also claim that that the house was given on rent for heavy deposit of one lakh. u need to show what documents your father signed while taking one lakh.
