My father gifted me a property

My father has gifted his house to me last year through registered gift deed. Can I transfer the house to my name after my father's demise
As per your query, your father has gifted his house last year to your name, through registered Gift Deed and legally immediately you will be the owner of that property, you cannot transfer the same to your name. Once a property registered to your name you are the sole and absolute owner of the schedule property
