My father gifted a house to me by making notary

We are Hindu, my father gifted 5houses to 5brothers by notary and after few years my father expired and I have gifted my house to my wife by gift deed registration and now due to some financial problem I want to sell my property and my neighbor is my fourth brother he is not interested to buy and third brother who is having his house opp to my house, he came to me one day with our area elders and talked to us that he is interested to buy my house for 33lakhs and on that day he did not given me any token amt and no agreement was written it was only oral discussion and after 15days he told the rate was high he can buy for 25lakhs or if we are not willing we can sell it to others like this he told to us by sending our area elders to my house and we said we are not interested to sell our property for 25lakhs and we said we will sell it to others and my father's brother is stopping others person who are coming to buy my house and saying them he will only buy or he will go to court.

as there is no agreement of sale he is not able to go to court without any written agreement of sale and he needs a written agreemetn of sale in his favour in order to go to court so find if any written agreement is there or not or else no need to worry
