My father expired in 2017.His will not given to me.

My father Hindu expired in 2017 leaving will. My Mom, brother and sister not shown /given me copy of the will. Mom has executed a new will in whih she has distributed the propety among the remaining two siblings leaving notjhing for me. I am a patient of Parkinson, HYPER tension, facd two massive heart attacks, knee replacemnt surgery done twice, septic knee surgery done once, 3 by-passes on my first attack, i stent. I need the shaare to my FATHER'S PROPERTY. What should I do. pls guide.

Follow the legal process at the earliest. every passing day of delay is causing you to part with your undivided share of the said joint property for which your father's will should have stated work clarity but didn't. Mother cannot decide on behalf of your father, even if his will dictates so. You need legal help ASAP.
