My child is behaving totally against me
14-Mar-2025 (In Property Law)
My child is totally against family traditions and sentiments. I want to break relationship and want to save my property and future
You can legally disown your child by publishing a public notice stating they have no rights over your property. To protect your assets, create a registered will excluding them, or transfer the property to someone you trust. If it’s self-acquired, you have full control, but if it’s ancestral, they may still have a claim. If you're a senior citizen, you can seek protection.
