My brother sold the land without my consent can I file a case ?

My mother was owning property of 5 bigha of forming land, we have two real brother. When i was of 5 years my mother left me alone in this world. My big brother sold the land in 2003 to someone else without my consent. Can you please sir tell is there any way to get the same land back of my share. or can we get compensation. Regards
You should immediately file a case for cancellation of sale deed and suit for partition thereby seeking your share in the property
