My brother Registered a Property with my Money

Sir, Before 25 years ..I haved Worked at Malaysia.. I have saved money with my Employer .. He also be the Land Owner... I have purchased 2 plots from Him in my savings.Out of 2 Plots , my brother registered 1 plot in His name without my knowledge.. Now he refused to return back . Can I get it back ?? Can I get it after 25 years ?? In which City can I file a Case.. I am residing in a City but the Land and My brother are located in same city… How I have to prove the Source of Money??
It is not clear how your brother registered a property purchased by you without your knowledge and why you didn't take any action so far to retrieve it. In any case, your legal recourse is time barred now.
