My brother in law illegally taking control of farm land in Punjab

I am seeking your legal expertise concerning a property dispute involving agricultural land in Punjab, currently registered in my sister A name. The land is duly registered under As name, with all titles clear.
My brother-in-law - husband of sister B has locked the motor room on the property, preventing the designated cultivator from accessing the land to till it.
He claims to have initiated legal proceedings against both myself and sister A but we do have not received any notices.
HE might have initiated the legal proceedings against you as it takes time to serve summons to a person living outside the territory of India. Your sister A also has the right to file a civil suit against your brother-in- law if he is illegally interfering in the peaceful possession of her land .
