My ancestors land transferred by someone

30-Jan-2025 (In Property Law)
My ancestors land was transferred by a political influence person using a local agent. The Parent documents for the land was lost. We have a few documents like patta passbook entries by deputy Tahsildar. Is it enough and is there any possibilities for claiming it back

If you know the details of the document, you can get a certified copy from the sub-registrar's office. The patta passbook is also helpful. Take out an EC. These documents may be good enough for you to establish your claim in court.
