Mutation of Property LAL Dora Registry in Delhi

Sir/Mam, Kindly Suggest, One LAL Dora, Delhi Registry Property is registered on my Grandfather's Name, my grandfather is passed away, and we have 4 chachas, except my father (passed away), and my father was elder in all family, Sir now problem is we are trying for mutation of property on my mother name but our 1 cha-cha is creating dispute and original papers of property registry also with them, kindly suggest what can we do in this situation, my mother wants to sell her share in property but my cha-cha creating dispute because our grandfather property not divided yet, can we do mutation without 1 cha-cha approval, I am Grandson.

Yes you can do mutation without chacha. Once you apply suit for partition in the court. Court will decided how much your portion in that property. And after that court will decided your can take your share and after you will sale out this property.
