Mutation as per Court Registered Decree

08-Apr-2025 (In Property Law)
We have a family settlement as per Court decree but a loan was going on my uncle property before decree and without informing bank , this settlement/decree has been done and now some of the properties which have been allocated to us are loan free but due to the law that one mutation or inteqal is to be done for decree , we are stuck owing to loan on that property. We are suffering for no reason and nor our relatives paying the loan or changing property so that mutation or inteqal can be done.

Hi! You can approach the court with this plea and seek directions to your uncle to bear the loan. You Uncle will have to pay the loan in case the same was not disclosed during the initial proceedings. Feel free to contact us for further discussion. We would be happy to help.
