Municipal planning to construct public toilet just beside the house

The municipal corporation is planning to construct a Public Toilet just near to my house and close to a river bridge. My house is just close to a river bridge and we are living since 150 yrs within the municipal land survey area with all legal papers. There is no govt land area between my house and River bridge according to MS map. But due to low in river water the municipal corporation planning to construct Toilet over the bridge and just beside my house which would cause serious health problem to our family and also encroach the flow of river water. Please suggest what should i do now..??
U should file a writ petition before high court about the violation of fundamental right.u r living in this place from long time hence u r entitled to right to easement. Right to easement means every house holder has right to obtain fresh air,sunlight ,path to move etc which is basic thing and anybody can not snatch it another government or private person.
