Mother sold father's property after his death and bought in her name
10-Feb-2023 (In Property Law)
Hi ! My father died when i was 12 years old. My father had some ancestral property and some self-made. After his death my mother sold all the properties and bought new one in her own name. Now, She's forcing me to leave my wife and threating me that she'll not give me anything. I's staying on rent with my wife and I'm in financial crisis. Can she legally turn me out ? Can i claim my share in the property ?
