Mother sold ancestral property share that came to her by father
11-Jan-2023 (In Property Law)
12 years before my father died. Before his death he transferred his share in grandfathers property to mother. My mother without our consent sold that property to someone else. Now we want our share in ancestral property. What to do?
You will have to file a civil suit to claim your rights in the property. That would be the only course of action open to you. Feel free to get in touch if we could be of any further assistance to you.
