Mother not willing to share rent received from property

Greeting , I am Hindu facing lots of problem through mother she is not willing to give me anything as she is enjoying all rents of houses of grand mother , now my company is closed, no way of earning right now, fees of kids to be paid or else problems may be faced, I had given my job of AIR INDIA to elder brother who stays far , I had given everything of mine ,but now all want me to get nothing .She is getting rent around 50 K and not a single rs she want me to help.She is been controlled by niece and sister who r totally against me . she often cal police & lodge complains against me and wife.
