Do you have proof of payment by your father to your brother?

In the revenue records, on who's name is the land? Is there any family settlement?

Who was running the school and earning the profits?

Is it an unrecognized school? Are there documents to show that your father was the Trustee of the school?

Depending upon your answers to the above, we would be able to tell you the appropriate remedy.
