Mistake in Survey Subdivision in prior deed

08-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
I am going to purchase a property. The seller has got it from his father as part of a deed in 2016. His father has purchased this property from another man in 1974, however the the survey number is marked as 3-1-39 instead of 39-3-1. The man who sold this property is no more. The survey number is marked correctly in the next deed in 2016. Can I go ahead and purchase this property? What additional proofs should I ask if I can purchase this?
