Missing survey number in Master sale deed

13-Jun-2023 (In Property Law)
I have bought a plot from a Property group in 2020 and now when I tried applying for Patta, got to know that my property survey number was missing in the Master sale deed and not matching for me. Just contacted their legal team for the rectification but it seems they need more time to do. Could you please suggest other possibilities to move further?

A rectification deed has to be executed. It would be easier and cheaper to get it done through your vendor, the property group. Alternatively you can approach a civil court and prove that there was an ommission and get a decree in your favour. This method would be time consuming and expensive affair.
