Mhada colony illegal construction

My father is senior citizen n society member threatening him... Other members also have illegal construction but they are saying they will demolish our construction my question is that can society take any action without giving proper notice to us or demolish the construction...

No. the society cannot demolition the construction without giving you proper notice. The society has to give reasonable notice, stating it's reasons and also giving you reasonable time to respond. In case you apprehend that they will proceed to demolish your construction. you have the remedy to file a case and obtain injunction against the society.
