Sir/ Ma'am, a unilateral cancellation of settlement deed is not valid. So your title to the property cannot be claimed. If settlee wants to settle the dispute, it would be advisable to discuss, negotiate and settle with the settlee. If the settlee files a suit in civil court seeking cancellation of revocation deed and sale deed in your favor, the likelihood of success for the settlee is high though the process would take a while.
