Mental harassment and property dispute by in laws

The house is in the name of my mother in law but my husband has invested around 80lacks for construction. He has two siblings and now my in law is asking us to vacate the house. She is torturing me and my children to get out of her home. Now my husband is jobless due to health issues. Moreover we have 8 homes which we have lent for rent. Still the emi of 35k is payed from my husband's account. Now my mother in law is asking the tenants to pay the rent to her. What can we do now??
