Masjid committee have told public that our property is Wakf property

humara kuch property hai jo ki wakf nhi hai (with documents) phir bhi masjid committee walo ne purey awam (public) ko fehla rakha hai yeh wakf property hai...aur masjid k naam se woh haram ki kamai kha rhe hai ...hum log ye bhi bole agar wakf property hai toh aap log paper show kijiye ...agar wakf hua toh humlog apna ghar chor denge..but woh log sun hi nhi rhe hain...toh iss masle ko kasie solved kare ....sir please give me some sollution...pls pls
As your property is claim to be a waqf property, you have to file the suit before the waqf Tribunal, for determining that the said property is a waqf property or not, or you also may file a civil suit but in that case no sorry sorry of way shall be pleaded

Aap un committee members se Wakfnama ka demand kijye .,woh kis bunyad pe khatey Hain ki ye wakf property hai.aur wakf tribunal ko ye ikhtiyar hai,to decide whether a property is wakf property or not.aap jis bunyad pe claim Karey HAIN ki wakf nahi hai to aap is baat ko sabit karne ko tayar rahye.
