Marrying again can child claim share in husbands property

Hi Iam divorced n have a kid. Now iam agian getting married. but my new in-laws doesn't want my kid to claim on their property. Can my new husband adopt him, but make a clause saying my son should not claim for property in future Please suggest

If you do not want your son to claim share in your husband’s property then your husband can make a will for his property to be distributed after his death.

Your son can only inherit from his biological father and from you. He will not have any share in your new husband's property. Also, since your son's father is still alive, your new husband cannot adopt your son.
