You are entitled to a share in your mother's property(movable or immovable) & also in your father's property( movable or immovable) only after their lifetime & not before unless they gift it to you during their life time. Since the properties of your father and mother are self acquired they can deal with their properties in anyway they like. You have no right to claim their property during their life time. They can even bequeath the same by WILL to you or any other person's if they like.
