Lost sale deed (required for education loan)

22-Apr-2025 (In Property Law)
I want to obtain an education loan by keeping my house as collateral. Unfortunately, the original sale deed has been lost. I have a certified copy of the deed (along with all other documents such as tax receipts, etc), but banks are not accepting because I don’t have the original sale deed. What should I do in this case? How can I proceed?
