If your sisters are ready and willing to grant no objection in your favor then you can get it transferred and seek a share certificate from the society. Feel free to contact me for seeking any legal advice as regards the same.

If a society share certificate is lost and the owner has died, the heirs need to follow a specific procedure. First, they should file a First Information Report (FIR) with the police, report the loss, and then formally inform the society about the loss and the owner's death. The heirs will need to provide an indemnity bond, and the society will likely require a public notice in the local newspaper to avoid any objections. The society may also ask for a succession certificate if there's a dispute among the heirs.
