Local Corporater is forcing us to leave the land for road

Local corporater is forcing us to not build the house saying some (Nali) and road to be construct in that land but we were not received any Govertment order/GR for the same. Even they beat my uncle also and saying that if you build the house we will spare you.
Proper legal land is on our family name. no litigation on that still we are not getting any support since Local corporater is old politician and have connect with MLA's.
ok you were to build a house so something else is coming up there see the site plan the land is in your family possesion no government order or gr for the same please file a suit of injunction to mandate removal of road
