Living in pagdi system house in name of father's bro asking to leave

sir we are joint family my father and his brother living at room since 1985 but room is pagri system only rent paid of Rs.50 p.m receipt Name person is my father brother at time, same matter his brother told to my father vacant the room because this is my room but room construction cost paid my grand father ,What is this matter? we have not right to living the room my father document has the same address since 1985 ,at time only live the my family in the room no any agreement in this room if have any solution just give me sir because my family is suffering financial condition is bad /
