Licensee not giving my license fee no vacating the house what can i do

I gave my ownership flat for 11months onleave andc license.but licensee not giving me licence fee from last 6 months and not vacating my house.agreement will be ending in january 2017.

Basically, you review your leave and license agreement for the exit clause of the leave and license, also the conditions of breach of contract. You can send a legal notice for the same post an amicable discussion.

Give a legal notice to the lincensee to pay the lincense fees or vacate the premises, fees are the consideration in your license agreement no fees no agreement, if the same is not complied you can approach to the competent authority and file a suit...

Have u made registered rent agreement with licensee? If yes you can first give legal notice through lawyer for vacating the premises and give license fee as decided by both of you. For more details revert back to me.
