LIC housing asking for premium even after father death what can i do.

I am the only son of my father and mother. Recently my father died due to liver chronical disease. LIC Housing finance Ltd asking for premium time to time with the limit time otherwise they will post the notice foe sale. Me and my mother are middle class family and have no income for ourself. Is there any possibility for non repayment of the remaining amount?? Please help me out
