Legality of purchase property by pvt ltd company

1) I want to know that a pvt ltd company formed on 28-03-2012 and purchase a Land on 09-04-2012 (within 12 Days) Is it a valid transaction as per company act noms? 2) If a suit filed against the said Land on 25-03-2012 against the seller and a public notice Published in the News paper on 26-03-2012&6-04-2014 about the matter is pending in the court &any one Purchase the land at his own cost . The court guide to serve the copy of plaintiff to oppiste party&fixed a date 20-04-2012 for appear in the court with there lawyer or in person with an reply.Is the company may right to purchasetheland
If the land is disputed and the Court has passed an order that the property cannot be sold, then the company cannot buy the said land .
