Legality of eviction notice in newspaper by grandfather

hi i want to know about some information my grandfather Evicted my uncle to his own purchase property by a register news paper threw Eviction notice in 1989.now my grandfather is died.i have only news paper at the moment is this is sufficient to evicted my grandfather property.
