Legal steps for property acquired by third party

an undivided agricultural land which has extent of 2.24 acres is owned by 4 people each having 56 cents.one of the person among 4 sold his extent of 56 cents to an industry 8 years back without consulting other owners.that piece of land is already converted for industrial purpose. can i challenge this in court and reverse the process?

First and foremost, land conversion approval has to be obtained from MRO/Tahsildar of that area where the land is situated by paying requisite fee. the second question about the validity of sale by one of the 4 owners depends on the covenants of the deed under which they obtained title. If nothing contrary is mentioned, it is valid otherwise void.
