Legal right for sister over the brother's property?

25-Dec-2023 (In Property Law)

My maternal grandparents had 2 kids (my mom and my maternal uncle who is adopted). My maternal grandparents are not alive and my maternal uncle also is no more. He has left behind his wife and 2 kids (one daughter and a son who is adopted). My maternal uncles wife has married once again to another man. Please confirm the legal right of my mother towards my maternal uncle's property.

Dear Client, Your mother do not have the legal right of your deceased maternal uncle's property. As you told your maternal uncle wife has married with another person..so she dnt have the right on that property. Her son and daughter have the right on that property.
