Legal Notice sent to wrong Person/ Designation

I recently received a Legal notice that someone (Person A) is not being allowed membership of society in the society that I live in.nnThey addressed me as chairman of society and sent me the legal notice. nnI do not know the person. I only shifted to this building 6 months ago and I am not Chairman/ Secretary or Treasurer of society. I am simply a society member. They have addressed it to my name so as per them, I am the intended recipient of the notice.nnWhat should I do?
your query is noted. you may contact the society office that you live in. they may provide you the contact details of the person to whom the notice belongs. otherwise you may just call the sender and inform that this person does not live here. intially you shouldn't have accepted the notice. be it as it may, you can do the above things.
