Legal help to enforece to declear the property details.

After death of my father,last year. My married younger brother,who is an advocate and my illiterate mother is hiding all property details from me as I am residing in different city I was unknown about it. My three sisters who are married are supporting them. As I am elder son I have right to know all facts about movable property. Matter to divide the property is later after declaration of real property details. I just shocked to come to know about the intention, I am also low income earner,I need to procure,what my father left behind. Is it possible by enforcement by law to come to know all the details of property and how much, should I spend for court matter and how much time it will take?
