Legal heir of the joint owner claiming share in the property

26-Sep-2023 (In Property Law)
I purchased 2 acres agricultural land from one Mr A through regd deed in the year 2011 which was purchased by Mr A through regd deed in the year 1984 and was pooled in the share Mr A got through division of his ancestral property. When I purchased the said land from Mr A I made his only son B and only daughter C as consenting parties. Now the grand daughter of Mr A has sent me the legal notice claiming to be the legal heir of the said party and she was deprived of her share.. Is her claim valid.? .what should I do now.

No the share of the grand daughter does not arise as the father has sold his share of property and now when his son and daughter have got their share then grand daughter can clame from his father not from his grandparents share
